Introduction

Zapier partnered with us to build a consistent, research-driven content engine designed to elevate their presence in automation, no-code, and the future of work. Using our proprietary survey platform, we created a system that produced one in-depth quarterly report and a steady stream of weekly, newsworthy insights.

While Zapier was widely known as one of the earliest and strongest advocates of remote-first work, they wanted to broaden the narrative. Their goal was to shift media coverage toward:
