About the Role at PRHub

As a Survey Operations Specialist at PRHub, you will be the quality control backbone of our proprietary research engine. This role is essential for managing the end-to-end execution of timely, newsworthy surveys that fuel our client campaigns. Your meticulous attention to detail and expertise in survey methodology will ensure the data we use to craft narratives is statistically sound and highly credible.

What You Will Do

  • Questionnaire Design: Manage the technical development and programming of survey instruments (questionnaires) within our in-house platform, optimizing for fielding efficiency and data quality.
  • Fielding Management: Oversee the sample management, targeting, and deployment of surveys to ensure quotas are met accurately and efficiently within tight media deadlines.
  • Quality Control & Testing: Conduct rigorous quality checks on logic, branching, skip patterns, and data output throughout the survey lifecycle.
  • Methodology Assurance: Advise analysts and strategists on best practices for survey design, sampling methodologies, weighting, and disclosure statements to maintain external credibility.
  • Platform Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert for the in-house survey platform, troubleshooting technical issues and maximizing its features.

Why PRHub?

  • Critical Function: Your work is fundamental to PRHub's entire data-driven model, ensuring the credibility of every story we place.
  • Impact Culture: Join a team that values precision, methodical execution, and direct involvement in high-profile earned media results.
  • Specialized Focus: Leverage your expertise in survey methodology to produce data that is guaranteed to be newsworthy, rather than conducting general market research.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of direct experience in survey operations, questionnaire programming, or market research project management.
  • Expert proficiency with survey software platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, internal tools).
  • Deep technical understanding of sampling strategies, data weighting, and statistical concepts related to survey reliability (e.g., margin of error).
  • Demonstrated experience with logic coding, data cleaning, and managing large survey fieldwork efforts.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous commitment to quality assurance under deadline pressure.
